You are hereby notified that the Fillmore County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 8:00pm in the Fillmore County East Conference room at 1320 G St, Geneva NE. Additionally, the Fillmore County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on the same item on Tuesday August 26, 2025, at 11:15AM in the Fillmore County Courthouse (Courtroom) at 900 G St Geneva NE. The Public Hearings will be held for the purpose of adopting the following amendments and updates: 1) an amendment to the Fillmore County Zoning Regulations amending Section 9.15 Small Wind Energy Systems, 9.16 Commercial/Utility Grade Wind Energy Systems and 9.24 Solar Energy Conversion Systems. The public is encouraged to attend.

The proposed amendments and updates are on file with the Zoning Administrator and available for public inspection. Questions or comments concerning the public meeting and hearing may be directed to the County Zoning Administrator. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Planning Commission and the County Board of Supervisors concerning the petitions and such comments shall be considered by the Planning Commission and County Board of Supervisors, provided such written comments are received by the County Zoning Administrator prior to the meeting date.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Fillmore County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Monday August 18, 2025, at 8:10PM in the meeting room of the Fillmore County East offices at 1320 G St, Geneva, NE. At which you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or in support of this request.
Said hearing is for a Condition Use Permit filed by Gerald Slezak for agriculture service establishment to engage in sales and services of auto recreational vehicles and equipment and agricultural equipment.
Site: E 1/2 Section 33, Township 7, Range 1, Milligan, NE, Fillmore County.
