NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Fillmore County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Monday November 17, 2025, at 8:10PM in the meeting room of the Fillmore County East offices at 1320 G St, Geneva, NE. An agenda is available for public inspection at the office of the Planning and Zoning Administrator, located at 1320 G St, Geneva, NE.
Said hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit filed by Dean Filipi on the property described as Lots 10-12, Block 15, Original Town Addition, Milligan, NE. to construct an accessory building as the primary nature on a residential lot. Information is available for public inspection at the office at the Planning and Zoning Administrator.
