Notice of Public Meeting and Hearing
Fillmore County Planning Commission
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Fillmore County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their scheduled meeting on Monday September 15, 2025, at 8:10PM in the meeting room of the Fillmore County East offices at 1320 G St, Geneva, NE. At which you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or in support of this request.
Said hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit filed by Kenny Harre on the property described as Lots 7-8, Block 3, HG Smiths Addition, Exeter, NE. to propose to construct an accessory building as the primary nature on a residential lot.
The proposed Zoning permit is on file with the Zoning Administrator and available for public inspection. Questions or comments concerning the public meeting and hearing may be directed to the Fillmore County Zoning Administrator. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Planning Commission concerning the petitions and such comments shall be considered by the Planning Commission, provided such written comments are received by the Fillmore County Zoning Administrator prior to the public hearing date.
